Leaders for Health training program is launched in Ukraine

The Leaders for Health program was recently launched by Be-it Health & Social Impact agency in cooperation with Lviv Business School (LvBS), supported by the World Bank and the Swiss Cooperation Office in Ukraine.

The program aims at enabling experienced healthcare managers to change their mindset while pursuing the medical reform, to practice a strategic vision, gain knowledge in management, finance and HR fields, master leadership skills, communications, and work effectively with the team on the time of transformations, to deliver positive changes locally.

The Leaders for Health program includes 5 modules that will engage chief doctors and heads of health departments of seven regions (Lviv, Zakarpattya, Kyiv, Odessa, Poltava, Kharkiv and Kherson). The workshops will be held in Lviv and Kyiv. Participants will learn from and work closely with foreign and Ukrainian healthcare experts, focusing on the world’s best and most current practices.

The value of new knowledge and reliable information is extremely high today. Since it’s also the key to the country’s prosperity, so for every Ukrainian to feel the impact of positive changes even highly experienced chief doctors have to be #LearningToLearn.

One Philosophy is the founder of the program following its strategic plans for further development of healthcare consultancy and contribution to Ukrainian healthcare specialists diversified skills set building.
